Meet the Maker: Pacha

Based in the heart of Westbourne, Jellicious was born from a passion for intricate design and unforgettable flavours. As a working mum, many of my creations came to life during late nights—carefully crafting what I proudly call “Edible Art”, where delicate beauty meets indulgent dessert. 🌸🍰

Each Jellicious cake is truly a labour of love. Every petal is individually hand-injected into a crystal-clear base using a specialised milk blend, creating stunning floral designs suspended within the jelly. These desserts aren’t just made to be eaten—they’re designed to be admired as a centrepiece—almost too beautiful to eat, yet far too delicious to resist.

To achieve the highest level of clarity and quality, I use premium marine-sourced gelatine. This gives each creation its signature “diamond-like” finish, completely neutral in taste, allowing the fresh fruit flavours and the richness of the velvety cheesecake base to shine through.

Each piece is made to bring joy, spark conversation, and turn every occasion into something truly unforgettable.
